Payment of accounts can be made by cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or EFTPOS (Diners card is not accepted)
Your specialist and anaesthetist will send individual accounts
for their services.
Please contact the doctors directly regarding further information on costs.
Third Party accounts are to be paid prior to admission:
- Radiology
- ECG procedures and Pharmaceuticals - these must be paid for on the day of surgery
Worker's Compensation patients should provide written confirmation
of acceptance of liability prior to admission to the San Day
Surgery Hornsby.
